Hrudayabasti (Uro basti) Hridaya basti is a technique to provide relief in heart related diseases using warm medicated oil or herbal decoction, poured on the chest and kept over the chest for 15 to 30 minutes. A specially formed frame is prepared on the chest to hold the warm medicated oil.
